Cellatel & Brightpoint Ink Distribution Deal
Brightpoint announced a distribution agreement with Cellatel L.L.C. that covers handset distribution through its North American subsidiaries. Brightpoint Latin America will provide distribution services for Cellatel's Alcatel-branded handset and accessory products for distribution in Puerto Rico. Brightpoint North America will provide distribution services for Alcatel-branded handsets and accessories in North America.

ALCATEL mobile phone model OT-E206, which is a low-cost, color-screen handset with speaker phone, has been approved by AT&T's labs for it's MVNO's.

ALCATEL mobile phone models C550, C630, E801, C820, C701 & C717 have successfully completed NAC (National Analysis Center) testing and are now available for tier 2 & tier 3 carriers.

Cellatel will be partnering with ALCATEL mobile phones to launch the complete line of ALCATEL mobile phones available in the North American market in 2007. Come visit us at CTIA 2007 in the Orlando Convention Center from March 27-29 at booth # 2008.
